I made a booking in a Azur Paradise Hotel. Before the * hours window was place in the site for cansel transaction I did cancel and I received online and a email from booking saying that cancelation was accepted and was not charge for cancelation. This is happening on the **th of may.* I just book another hotel for my destination.* Unfortunately the hotel Azul paradise sent me later another email saying they dont accept the canselation!!!* So here I am with two booking of two hotel for the same destination and the same time...
