I need to speak to someone. I called to verify my reservation for which my credit card was deducted and the man answering the phone told me that there is no reservation and that I had to wait. I asked him for what? He then not only hung up on me and then picked up and hung up twice more before calling from a different number. He answered the phone and I asked him why he kept hanging up on me and he said “you are so problematic” I then asked him how I was being problematic by confirming I have a place to sleep on the **th, and he hung up on me a *th time! I am so livid and irate that I need to speak to someone to convey this all properly. This is absurdly poor customer service but I don’t even want to stay there and meet this man. Furthermore I believe they should also be addressed by you, because overall, this reflects on you. And then the only way to reach you is by typing a message. I need a call back at ***-***-****
