I have scheduled a hotel reservation thru booking for today thru ****. United just decided to cancel our flight today. They didn't rebook for another flight when we were notified this morning at * am we tried to get another flight out ASAP. They were already booked so we ended up getting a flight from Kansas City to Denver to Newark, NJ tomorrow. Our arrival is not **** in lieu of ****. I called the hotel to explain the situation and they said I am unable to get a refund for tonight. This is ***% not our fault and all the way around we are having to pay extra. We still intend to stay at the hotel but a day later. Is there a way we can get comped for tonight? I notified the hotel this morning at * am so they could rent the room out if necessary. Please let me know.
