Help with my Bluefly, Inc. issue

I was trying to obtain paperwork to return shoes and secure my refund. ... order ************. Shoes do not fit need return authorization number and shipping label ASAP. Customer Robert Yule...No one answers the phone at Bluefly... Refund required.
No one answers their customer service calls.
I need a RA number and shipping label so I can start the refund process.
Tried Emailing but Bluefly doesn't have my Email address on file...yet they have emailed me prior to my receiving the shoes.
I have an issue with Bluefly, Inc. too
