Hello, i have payed for a service from you guys, ive payed for play time on a game called world of warcraft classic. I have now tried to logg inn today and are NOT able to play the game. Last week i also encounterd this issue, i even took the week off work to play and i wasnt able to logg in. I had hours in que for something i prepayed a month for. Now i do make around ***euro a day, i did lose atleast * days worth of my waketime i wanted to play the game, i was NOT able to go to work that week cuz my company allrdy asked someone to take my shift for that week. I wonder how i will get my lost time back?? I would like * week of payment you can take the account, or you could let me enter the game, i DID like you wanted to change realm so this would not happen i changed to firemaw. Or you can add game time to my account. That gametime i want to be WHEN im able to play, i can be online from **:**-**:** in the week days and from **:**-**:** in the weekends, this is EU time. Where and how must i do to get this sorted? Im sorry for a long mail. Hope to hear back from you guys. **best regards Mats *vreb*
