I have been trying for hours to get help with receiving my legendary item for signing up with battle.net*Xbox. For Diablo * Reaper of souls. But apparently the company does not like speaking with clients about their matters? Instead you give us poor options for resolving our issues! Which a majority of the time these options you give us for resolving our issues are not helpful in anyway at all! No way to phone, contact, or talk with an ACTUAL representative from the company so that these issues can be directly resolved. But no! Instead you have some automated ****! Your customer service help.... ********! I'm sorry but you guys are not helpful! If you intend to help me resolve my issue at all? I would like for you guys to send me a few legendary items for all the **** problems you've given me!..... Sure it's a small thing. But ****! I want this mysterious item? Please and Thank you!
