How would I like it fixed? I am 53 years old and live in Huntsville, Alabama. I was born on February 10th, [redacted], during Huntsville's worst blizzard. I had a child when I was 16, who later became involved in creating characters for Blizzard Entertainment Games like World of Warcraft and Diablo. Somehow, he is now in prison through his Avatar in your game. I need you to bring him back to his original form. My life seems to be a creation of your game, which I have recently come to realize. I need you to address this issue promptly. Please do not assign a new customer service representative or someone who doesn't care. I urge you to go back to your company's origins, identify the mistake, and correct it immediately.

I am seeking assistance from the copyright department. As a disabled veteran, I am interested in playing WoW but am unable to pay the monthly fee. I was introduced to "private" servers by a friend, but we encountered a copyright warning on one. After researching, I found that some servers have obtained rights to operate legally and profit through in-game sales. To ensure I do not infringe on copyrights, I would appreciate a list or names of authorized servers. Due to financial constraints, I cannot afford monthly fees at the moment. I used to play WoW with expansions until a year ago when my budget became tighter. Thank you.

Recently, I finished a game playing as a character named CaptJack. The other player utilized a combination involving Archmage Antonidas and Sorcerer's Apprentice to continuously generate Fireballs with four mana. The frustration arose when, despite the turn ending, the opponent relentlessly attacked my character, triggering my Ice Block with a sum of thirty armor and thirty health intact. This unfair advantage overshadowed my potential win, leaving me baffled. It felt like a loophole in the system. I had adequate strategies prepared, but the continuous onslaught led to my defeat. The gaming system ought to disallow such exploits once the turn concludes. I believe in fair play and not exploiting technicalities. My in-game persona is BiggDogg, and I seek a resolution to prevent such incidents.

Today, I teamed up with a player who initiated a match while I was briefly away, resulting in me being excluded, losing 50 SR, and receiving a half-hour ban. Considering I was already penalized for disconnection earlier, I feel unfairly targeted. This incident has tarnished my image as a reliable player and teammate. I strive to contribute positively to the game, and these unwarranted penalties are disheartening. I seek redress for these consecutive unjust setbacks that have marred my progress.

Mercy has been constantly receiving numerous nerfs. If she is considered too overpowered, it might be best to completely overhaul her abilities by considering input from the community or to remove her from the game entirely. It is disheartening to witness the continuous nerfs to a beloved character, with little new story development, while still trying to enjoy the game. If the nerfs persist within her current design, there is a strong inclination to initiate an online petition to deter players from continuing to engage with Overwatch.

It took me 30 minutes to finally find a way to email. There should be a more convenient way to contact regarding Overwatch. The competitive system is severely flawed with people trolling and throwing without any consequences. It is frustrating when encountering players who do not know how to play properly. It's disheartening to be matched with lower-ranked players, making the gaming experience less enjoyable. The issue of players throwing games has been going on for a while, and it impacts the overall quality of the game. Reporting these players seems ineffective as they can easily create new accounts. This ongoing problem is discouraging and makes playing Overwatch a waste of time and money. It's disappointing that such a great game is being ruined by these issues. I hope the situation is addressed promptly.

My son tried to log in to his inactive Blizzard account for Overwatch but it keeps saying his account doesn't exist. The Blizzard customer service portal requires sign-in, but since it claims the account doesn't exist, we can't access support. Trying to report a hacked account or unknown email asks for a government ID, which we can't provide since we're not sure who created the account. When his brother checked his Blizzard friend list, he saw a different name, FantomeKG, with all the same games. My son's email is [redacted] and his username is P0werKnightt. Any guidance on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

After returning to "Battle for Azeroth" from a hiatus since "Wrath of the Lich King/Cataclysm," I discovered that my characters on The Forgotten Coast server had lost all their belongings. Despite opening a ticket, the resolution provided was inadequate; a mere [redacted] gold and a chest of green items were insufficient to compensate for the loss of my hard-earned items. It is disheartening to see veteran players treated this way, with such a minimal gesture offered. The lack of care for long-time players is evident, and the current solution does not address the issue adequately. It is disappointing to experience this oversight, and the disregard for players' investments in the game. If further resolution cannot be offered, I may have to consider cancelling my subscription and refraining from starting over with new characters.

I am requesting a refund for the Deluxe version of the Battle for Azeroth. I would like to return the mount, pet, and any other items that came with the purchase. I currently own World of Warcraft up to the previous expansion and would like my Battle.Net account to be reverted to that expansion. I wish to keep my Battle.Net account open as well. The reason for this request is that my son surprised me with a "dual" version of World of Warcraft for my upcoming birthday. He plans to join me in playing WoW, and I am excited about it. Since he is giving me the Battle for Azeroth expansion, I will not need the one I purchased. Thank you in advance for your assistance. You can reach me via email or phone at [redacted].

I attempted to use my free name change but made a mistake. Initially, I considered changing my name to something different from K3uwu, thinking it would be cool. However, I changed my mind afterward. Due to having fat fingers and impatience on my iPhone, I accidentally tapped the randomize button multiple times, resulting in it changing to MightyElf when I hit confirm in haste. I prefer my old battle tag K3uwu over this new one. I kindly request to have it changed back. I am not interested in another free name change, but only wish to have my original tag restored. I am a fan of the game and appreciate your help. My battletag is #[redacted]. Please revert it to K3uwu as I cannot afford another alteration currently.

My account was compromised even though I had a security key on my Battle.net account. It has been a while since I last played World of Warcraft, and I am looking to recover my characters, gear, and gold. I need assistance with a full account recovery and making sure my account is secure going forward. If helpful, I suspect that the person who took my account and characters is Patrick Michael McMullen. They reside at [redacted] 4th Ave South, Bloomington, MN [redacted]. This individual, who is related to me, had access to my Battle.net ID and key. My server was Firetree, and I played on the Alliance side. My characters included Staklin, a level 80 Gnome Warlock, Naomei, an 80 Dwarf Priest, Stakel, a level 40 Human Warrior, Pleasurebot, a level 30 Rogue, and Devon the Dude, my lower-level banker. I believe he may have transferred them to the Horde faction. I've had this account since before The Burning Crusade expansion.

I recently discovered a $14.99 monthly subscription charge from your services that I was unaware of. I have not used the account, possibly related to World of Warcraft, in years, and it appears inactive. I took the necessary steps through Blizzard to cancel any subscriptions, but there was no active subscription listed. I would like this resolved promptly as I believe I have been unknowingly charged for quite some time. Please address this matter swiftly. Thank you.

I received a refund for a name change issue approximately 12 hours ago. However, I am now facing a problem where my character is locked out due to billing issues. I tried submitting a ticket two times and encountered an error with the Call Back option, making it unavailable now, even though it's more than an hour before their closing time of 7PM PST. My ticket has an expected response time of 24 hours, which unfortunately coincides with my main playtime. I kindly request Blizzard to clarify the billing problem, provide more details, and perhaps lift the lockout. I would appreciate a phone call back at [redacted] if possible. Thank you for your assistance!

I recently encountered an issue with logging into my Blizzard account. Despite trying both the authenticator and SMS Protect, I am not receiving any codes. I confirmed with my phone service provider that no blocks are in place, and I successfully received a code promptly when testing my Gmail account's SMS Protect. This problem is specific to logging into Blizzard, and it's a new occurrence for me. I've exhausted all troubleshooting options to no avail. I would appreciate step-by-step guidance or even a direct call for assistance. The SMS Protect codes from Blizzard are not coming through, and the authentication code is also missing in action. Thank you.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent ban-wave that has affected many players, including those in my guild, Minority-Stormreaver. As the Guild Master, I have noticed a decline in the raiding community, putting guilds like ours in a vulnerable position. Losing even a few players due to these bans could potentially force us to cease raiding altogether. From what I have observed, many disbanded guilds had members who chose to cancel their subscriptions rather than find new guilds. I fear this may happen to us as well. This ban-wave is the first I have experienced since starting in Legion, and I believe the responsibility for the exploit should not solely fall on the players. It would be disappointing to have to disband our raiding team due to actions that could have been prevented had Blizzard ensured their systems were bug-free and thoroughly tested. I urge Blizzard to reconsider the severity of these bans and their approach to handling exploits in the future. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated. If you require verification, please contact me in-game.

I am having an issue with my World of Warcraft account being banned. The responses I am receiving simply say they cannot provide me with information. If there is no reason given for my ban, then there should not be one. I have been a player for 7 years without any complaints or violations of terms. I feel like I am being treated unfairly without knowing why I am suspended. I have submitted two tickets, but the responses are always the same - no information provided on the "incident". What incident are they referring to? I am unsure if I am truly unaware or if I am being mistaken for a hacker. I would like to speak with someone live via voice chat as I have already spent 3 days with no progress on this issue.

I recently bought a new Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop for $[redacted] to use while I'm truck driving OTR. When playing WoW, I have trouble with my abilities not working when transitioning between zones. At start-up, I receive a message stating my graphics card driver is outdated. Despite being told the laptop has a modern solid-state hard drive, I suspect my graphics card is an Intel UHD630. I lack knowledge about programming. I attempted to reach out to Blizzard via a web ticket, but I couldn't submit it. I am looking for advice on how to improve my gaming experience. Contact me promptly.

As a gamer with limited experience in FPS games, I was encouraged by my husband and son to try playing Overwatch. Surprisingly, I found joy in playing with some characters despite being only slightly above average. I have been playing more frequently, both in Quick Play and Competitive modes, as a way to bond with my family. However, I am growing frustrated due to encountering numerous players who intentionally sabotage matches by harming their own team. This behavior ranges from lowering their ranking for easy wins to just being disruptive. Reporting them seems ineffective as they can easily create new accounts. I believe a more permanent solution is needed, such as linking accounts to consoles or IP addresses for lasting bans. I do not mind losing but expect fair and competitive matches with players of similar skill levels. The disruptive players spoil the game for all and should face lasting consequences to protect the community.

I am experiencing difficulties connecting to Overwatch servers due to a "Login Error" (BC-[redacted]). While I can play other games without any issues, I had a brief moment of playing one game before getting disconnected. I purchased a new game online to troubleshoot if it was a disc problem, but the issue persisted even after reinstalling Overwatch. My internet connection appears stable as I can game without lag, a fact confirmed by others in the household. Upon starting the game, it remains stuck on "connecting," allowing me to play only three games in total since yesterday around 1-2 p.m. (Philippine time). Despite multiple attempts such as restarting the game, Xbox One, and reinstallation, including trying an online version, the problem persists. It is frustrating to see other players in the Philippines on Xbox having no issues joining and playing for hours without disruptions. I am seeking assistance urgently.

I'm feeling really frustrated with how the competitive rankings work. Despite playing for over 2 years, I got placed low due to a bad experience in the first season. It felt like the more I played, the lower my rank went. My ex, who played less, got a higher rank. After winning 6 matches with multiple golds, I was still placed in bronze. Meanwhile, my boyfriend, who isn't as skilled, got silver after losing more placement matches than me. It feels incredibly unfair. Should I start all over with a new character to fix this issue? I'm considering quitting the game altogether. It's disappointing to see old players like me not being respected in this system.
