World of Warcraft.*Nazjatar Realm.*My account got hacked. They started a bunch of new characters in other realms. I was able to delete them but they charged my Credit Card on File to move * of my characters, Skeetr and Staydown to * other realms, Shadowmoon and Stormrage. I submitted various tickets but can't log in because it is asking for an authenticator code I have never had an authenticator. I have a feeling they installed one on my account. I did recently sign up for the phone code protect however the site is not recognizing my number ..it says my phone is not able to receive texts which is not true. When I was able to get on a few times yesterday after a Gamemaster had helped on my account, I noticed they had addressed some of my issues however they did not move my two characters back to Nazjatar nor did they tell me if my credit card was compromised. My Credit Union is aware of the illegal charges but I am wondering if they were able to get my card info? I have no way other than my phone or email to know if*when you guys fixed my account so could you email or call*text me? *****@***.com *** *** ******So, Staydown in Stormrage Realm needs to be moved back to Nazjatar*And Sleetr in Shadowmoon needs to be moved back to Nazjatar. I do not know when they moved him but think they may have charged my card for this move as well.*And could you fix my log in issues? *It keeps asking for my authenticator code. I am going to add one but never have used one yet. ****Thank you in advance. *Allan
