I moved during last winter and I guess I didn’t change my address in my account, but I still received one of my birch boxes at my new address, so I thought I had changed my address in my account. I guess maybe my apartment complex or the post office had just forwarded me the box to my new address though, because I did not receive any of my birch boxes from February - May. I was so busy with teaching, coaching, grad school, and my divorce that I didn’t even realize I hadn’t gotten a box in a while. I went to my birch box account and realized I still had my old apartment address listed so I changed it and I got my June box at my current address. I went to my apartment complex to see if maybe they had the boxes, but they did not. I am thinking that the new tenant atvmy old apartment just kept them. I was wondering if there was any way I could get my Feb-May boxes re-shipped, and if not, if I could be refunded for those months. Again, since I did receive my January box at my new address, I thought I had changed my address in my birch box account. I appreciate anything you can do for me.
