The issue in GetHuman-sjmjd's own words
Placed an online order for delivery to my home in Michigan. Order number BBY**-************. Somehow the ship-to address got changed and instead of delivery to me, it is being delivered to an old address of my daughter in New York. I have no idea who lives at that address now, * years after she moved. I tried to change or cancel the order on line but was unable to do so as the online reply was that no changes could be made. I immediately tried to call to talk to a human but that department was closed. I called back in the morning and again in the afternoon today. The wait times were over * hours. I waited but after ** minutes I was disconnected. I tried again this evening and was told that they were taking no more call but I could Chat with a live person until ** pm. I tried that and was told that the department was closed. **I need the item so I ordered again and made sure that the ship-to address was correct. I also added same day delivery to ensure that I would receive it. The second order arrived. The first order needs to be returned but I have no control over who will receive it. In any event, I want the charge refunded to my credit card. I would also like my $** worth of Best Buy Rewards to be reinstated. Check my account, you’ll see we have ordered several times for delivery to our home and have never had this occur previously.

GetHuman-sjmjd did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
