on **** I purchased a Gas Range, Dishwasher and a refrigerator. The delivery was scheduled for ****. The range came without a anti tip bracket, a $**.** item. The dishwasher would not work because of it was a closed bottom and my electrical setup was for a open bottom.**The range was not installed and no one could find the needed part. Therefore a replacement was scheduled for *****. When the delivery arrived it was for the dishwasher that was returned. I had to go to the store and pickup a part for the range and the installation had to be rescheduled. Once was installed the range had something on the door that we assumed would wash off but it would not come off. I call to see if we could determine what it was and how we could remove it, I was told that it could not be determined and what it was and it could not be cleaned, I then requested a replacement, a replacement was scheduled for *****. when the delivery arrived it was for a return only.*I was told that the delivery would be rescheduled and they would call me back with a date. I did not get a call back and therefore I called on Monday *****. I was then informed that a replacement was scheduled for *****. When I did not receive an email conformation I called back on *****. I was then informed that the delivery was not scheduled. The customer service informed me that they would schedule it. When I attempted to express my frustration she informed me that she was disconnecting the call. I then called back and requested to speaker to a manger and the person informed me that they were a manager. While they were attempting to schedule a delivery we were disconnected. I call and requested to speak with that person and was informed that they could not identify them, I then requested to speaker with a manager and I have been on hold for ** minutes. **Every time I speak with someone they inform me that they are a manager but I don't get call backs and I can not get a number to contact them directly.**This has been the most frustration experience of my life. **Can I get a call from someone that can resolve this nightmare?
