I ordered a refrigerator September * '** . It is October ** and I still have not received it. I was guaranteed delivery * times and it still has not made it . No emails or phone calls after the last missed appointment. I have taken time off each delivery promised date and moved my furniture. My old moldy fridge was also promised to be removed . I have spent hours on the phone. Many times have I been promised a return call . Check out my order * ************* . I'm sure there's tons of notes . What type of compensation would BestBuy give a person whose been so inconvenienced .?

How GetHuman-moodmudd fixed the problem
I just cancelled everything . Seems like the fridge was on back order , but my salesman set a delivery date . Auto emails and phone calls had me thinking it would arrive each time . None of the first ** people I talked to could figure it out . I was hoping for compensation , but I never want to go into a Best Buy again.
