I made an appointment for a home visit to measure for a new refrigerator. The person came and NEVER got in touch with me. I am the owner of the condominium apartment. The building management was present for the measurement. No one from Best Buy ever got back to me. I wanted a recommendation on the best fridge for the space.i wanted accurate measurements. Pretty simple, indeed. I called several times over TEN days and FINALLY, someone connected me with a person in Los Angeles who was able to figure out what went wrong. .(I live in NY.) I had already ordered a refrigerator from you because I did not want my tenant to have to wait until you contacted me. I even asked the salesperson in my local Best Buy to look up my appointment but he could not find it. In the end, someone told me that the person who came to measure at my condo was having some kind of computer problem and he never sent the data. It took me ** days of active calling and waiting on hold to finally find out what I needed to know but it was AFTER I purchased the fridge. I did buy the fridge from you, but it was inconvenient and I will think twice about calling upon you again. Being unreliable does not inspire customer confidence. Placing the burden on me to figure out what you did does not inspire confidence. My time is valuable as well. I will provide further details when you reply to this email.
