I have tried to get this resolved w no happiness on my part. I will never ever shop Best Buy ever again. Especially for laptop purchases. I purchased a HP Pavillion and the mother board went bad. That’s fine it was way past any return date or expiration. So I went to purchase a HP Envy. It went bad within a month. Took it back because the Geek squad said to. That’s fine. This time spending $**** on a HP Spectre. I thought it had a year warranty, apparently not. HP checked it out remotely and offered to send me a box to return thru FedEx as they are honoring the warranty, but BestBuy will not. **Apparently I was supposed to purchase an extended warranty then but wasn’t explained to me fully. Now, I have a beautiful laptop that I cannot return but have to go through HP. That’s fine, but with all the equipment I have purchased through your company, * HP laptops, One Lenovo tablet... I don’t get better service. **I will not be back again, nor will I purchase a digital Nikon I was considering either. Apparently your company sells “seconds”, and don’t stand behind your products very well. **With my BS in marketing and advertising, this is not good business on your part.
