I recent called your Best Buy store in Columbus Ohio on Morris Road to check inventory of the IPhone ** pro. The website wasn’t very helpfully at all so I had to call to speak with a real person. The real person whom took my call was name “TORI” (female). I will say this was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! She took the time to look up the phone in the computer so see one available and I when ask her to please check the inventory to actually make sure it was there she didn’t pause one second and said hold the line while I check. I only ask her to check the real inventory because I was driving ** miles away to the location. Needless to say that the phone was there but she didn’t stop there, she contact every Best Buy in the area to check inventory for before I took the trip to columbus Ohio. *I am a employee at Carnival Cruise Line and we value customer service to make sure each guests had the best experience. Today Tori gave me the best experience even if I still didn’t get a phone.
