This concerns an order, no BBY**************, delivered last week to my tenant here in *Atlanta, Ga.... l swear this has been one of the worst experiences I've had in ages, your customer service is total ****.... this item is a gas stove I purchased for my. tenant, it was delivered but apparently requires some special kind of hook up. And up to now, ONE WHOLE WEEK after delivery, your people still cannot tell me what is the part required.... what the **** is wrong with your staff? How can anyone be this stupid? Then l spent several hours on the phone on Saturday and * hours a short while ago trying to get some answers about what part l need to buy but no one can say because there is no record on the notes for this delivery.....jesus christ, why is something so simple being made so hard??? Your call centre person l spoke to today is totally useless, l explained the issue to her about ** times, l was practically screaming by the time l hung up the phone because the dimwit could not comprehend the issue, far less help me!!! Is there no one in Bestbuy capable of resolving this issue???
