I purchased a tv back in May used my Best Buy Card. The tv went on sale and I got a price match since I just purchased it. I have a copy of the price match showing the credit. It’s been * billing cycles and no credit is reflecting on my account. I’ve called the store, the bank, and my Best Buy with absolutely no help. The salesman said he sees the credit and emailed me the invoice showing the credit which I had. At this point I need this resolved.
