The issue in GetHuman-mycirrus's own words
Notify Customer Service ... I sent this email yesterday with * pictures showing the damage:**Good morning Best Buy,**Just wanted you to know that my refrigerator arrived yesterday afternoon via UPS. The box appeared "reasonably intact" so I put it on my patio to be opened today.**Please see all the damage on the attached pictures that were taken as soon as I took it out of the box, and prior to removing the plastic film, tape, and stickers. Since it appears that the heavily damaged right rear corner won't affect the operation of the refrigerator, and no one will be able to see it, I plan on keeping this refrigerator as long as it works perfectly.**In addition to the aforementioned heavy metal damage, notice that the plastic vegetable tray has the left corner broken off, and the right corner is cracked. I also found a small piece of white plastic that I can't figure out where it came from, but it broke off from somewhere. Again, although someone can see this damage, it will not affect the operation of the refrigerator.**So, all this being said, I just want Best Buy to note this on my purchase so that if the refrigerator malfunctions in the next few months, it will be taken into consideration. Also, I know that if I bought this in a store with this damage, I would've received a "Scratch & Dent" sale price. All Customer Service Emails have been rejected as invalid or no longer in use.
I want an acknowledgement that someone saw & read my email, together with the pictures, and will make note of it in the event that the refrigerator stops working.
I've been making purchases from Best Buy since moving to AZ in ****
I've been trying everything I can find on the Internet to email Customer Service to no avail. In addition this "gethuman" site appears to not work either.
