My girlfriend and I went to Best Buy and had to make a payment on two different cards. The total being roughly *** for a laptop. We needed to put *** on her card and the rest on mine. We made that known to the employee who said he understood. As the transaction started he immediately cancelled because he said he had forgotten to set the first transaction to the agreed total, *** dollars. Afterwards we were not able to pay for the item because the transaction had been sent to my girlfriend's bank to be approved and she has a spending limit that will stop her from spending so much money (*** dollars) and according to the bank until it's cancelled she spent that money. Mistakes happen but nothing was done by the manager who made it seem like it was our fault and didn't even offer an apology. This happened at the Best Buy in Mankato on ******* and once the money is back in her account we will be buying our laptop from a different store. Thank you.
