Ordered this laptop and paid online ... I placed an order and paid for a laptop on the Best Buy site on February **. I just received a message that the order has been canceled with no explanation, and I would be refunded now. I called the customer service number and not only got the run around by an automated system, eventually that number disconnected the call and told me to call back at regular business hours. The product I was ordering is still according to the website available. I want to know why this order was canceled, and if my money has actually been sent back to my account.
Their store is too far away for me to get there and purchase the item so I opted to purchase online and have the item delivered
I would like to get my money back immediately with no waiting period, and reorder this laptop and actually have the order processed and not canceled. Then I would like to have this order shipped to me with no problems so I can use it.
I pay immediately for merchandise and I am always a repeat customer.
Tried to figure out why the order was canceled by best buy. I tried calling the customer service number. Tried looking up bestbuy on facebook to see if there were answers there. Looked online to see if there were any ways of talking to a live person immediately.
