Help with my Best Buy issue

Ordered phone. Told it would arrive on Tue Jan *, ****. Got email stating there was a processing problem. IF it is unable to be shipped by Feb.*, **** then YOU will cancel the order. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I ordered it only because your web page said I would get it by an agreeded upon date. NOW you refuse to cancel the order. I am WITHOUT a phone! Had I known it could take up to a month to get it I would have NEVER ORDERED IT THRU YOU!! Why can't it be cancelled if I can't get itvwhen promised?!?!?! If I am unable to cancel this order *. I will contact the credit card company and explain to them and get a one time reversal of charges. I ordered in good faith and now you tell me you don't know when it will arrive. I'm NOT WAITING A MONTH!!!!! If this is NOT remedied after contacting the credit card company, I will NEVER make a purchase with you EVER AGAIN! And I will make sure to let everyone know how you treat customers. This is beyond ridicules!! I should be able to cancel an order if you are unable to get my order to me when promised. Or within a reasonable amount of time NOT POSSIBLY A MONTH!! I would have gone elsewhere had I known this would happen. I could have driven ** miles and had it sooner if I had known!!!!!!! Not right!
GetHuman-alanheat did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
