I was very upset today when I went into the Manchester nh store to return a Christmas gift that did not work. I was told that without a receipt I could not return it because they hadn't sold it in a long time. I called the store and was told it could not be returned because it was not available in the store.*They suggested I ask the person who gave me the gift to visit a best buy store with the card the item was purchased with to get their money back. **So basically you should not ever buy anyone any gifts from best buy because they can't be returned if they don't work.**I will let everyone know this!! This is by far the worst customer service ever!* The item was Gourmia * tray food dehydrator model *GFD****B SKU ********.**They are recycling it as they were not able to return it.
