I called to check my confirmation for installation of my new computer. The woman answering the phone could not find either of my telephone numbers, my Customer ID, my sales receipt, not my confirmation number. After giving her all of the numbers and not getting any information, I asked to speak to someone with better information. She said she could not help me. get my Television installed. Oh my, I had been using the TERM COMPUTER, I asked that she send me to someone that could. She sent me to a Geek Squad person who immediately knew what to do. I was routed to Agent A *** ****. She immediately found my phone number, my invoice number and my confirmation number that there would be someone to install my new computer tomorrow. I really wished I had not had to deal with someone as inept prior to the agent.
