My name is Lisa Beckerman. I’m currently sitting at a Best Buy in Dallas for * hours. Your General Manager, Steve, is here but refuses to come out as I asked, to say Hello! He is “working on my issue in some back room” i was told by the Customer Service Manager helping me here at the Store on Beltline rd. *I’m waiting for a refund of around $*,*** on a Samsung TV. The TV was purchased in the store in ****, but never delivered. In April **** i came into the store & exchanged that one for a newer model. So THEY decided the best way was to return it to gift cards & purchase the other one. I added about $*** on my credit card. When it was supposed to be delivered, i cancelled that altogether as i was having AV issues at the new home i was building.*Now, I have not been able to GET MY MONEY Back that you all agree you owe me because they don’t know where that TV is***Now in store still sitting here- GM won’t say Hello!! *This by the way is my second visit to the store for the same reason!! Last time the guy sent me home after an hour & said he would call me when he figured it out. NO ONE ever called back!!!*Please please help me out here.
