I am very frustrated with Best Buy. I placed an order online for the PlayStation * Spider man bundle for $*** on Black Friday. I recognized this was a high demand order but the web site said the product was available and accepted the order. Later that morning i was at walmart and saw the identical product still available but did not purchase because Best Buy accepted the order. The next day I received an email that it was out of stock at Best Buy and I was out of luck. Since that time i can not find this deal any where and a similar bundle cost over $***. I have been a consistent Amazon shopper but decided to give Best Buy a chance. I am very disappointed. Is there any options to get the PS* and spider man game separate for the original price that you accepted my order for?
