I went to The Holyoke Mall store to get my order BBY**-************. **I had the worse pick up experience I ever had in retail. I felt initially ignored, then insulted and the woman who serviced me continued to be confrontational. **I walked in and the woman was with another customer at the service desk, I walked up to the pickup line. The woman went to the back room and when she came back she finished up with the woman, at no time did she seem to notice or acknowledge I was there, so when another customer walked up and she started talking to him, I raised my hand (that has my cell in it) and said excuse me, I was her before him. *She then came over and told me I was rude, that she needed to answer his question and that my waving my cellphone over my head way rude. That being rude wasn’t going to get helped any faster. **First off. She didn’t need to answer his question first, I was next in line and if she wanted to, without me being left to feel ignored and disrespected, she could have said something like, one second sir, I just need to answer this question and I’ll be right with you. **Instead, she doesn’t acknowledge my presence and seemingly ignores me. So, who was being disrespectful and rude? **Then she attacks my character telling me I am rude for not wanting to be bypassed and ignored?**I told her that if she thought I was being rude she certain made it worse by insulting me for not wanting to be skipped in line. *She said well snapping your card out like that isn’t helping, maybe we should both start acting like adults. **If I wouldn’t have already lost my ability to have the item by Thursday with Amazon, I’d have told her to immediately start the return process. Because I went out of my way to give Best Buy my business when I could have just ordered it on Amazon instead of working with BestBuy for price matching. I drive out of my way to get the item at the store instead of the convenience of it coming to my door in * days, only to be insulted by your aggressive employee. Feel free to look at your camera system. **I am so upset and I would like to hear back. I am disappointed at this point I gave your company my business and want to know how you plan to make this right. When consumers now have cheaper, faster ways to buy the exact same stuff, customer service is the only difference and today... yours was negative. **Sincerely, Matthew.
