I had bought Sharp ** inch tv online on Nov******** and had to return it as it was damaged,so they pick it up on Nov**th,(after too many calls) I received a email from the Brampton office that it has reached the whorehouse and I should call the customer service for my refund,which I did on Nov.**th they said it will take * business days,so I called again on Nov.**th and they said we are issuing a caseno., so in few days you will received your credit,I talked to the supervisor they said they will look into that,then I call again today Dec.*rd and talked to the supervisor he said the case no is created it will take * business days to get the reply,I am so upset as they are making excuses and not giving my credit,so please suggest why I should be waiting and what can I do*Meenakshi
