First let me say, I have did not know you price match yourself at bestbuy.com. I went to the store today for a price match from bestbuy.com on a modem. I dealt directly with the store manager. I explained that I had purchased a tv on Oct. *. and within your ** day window you reduced the price. The tv has stayed at that price reduction since then. I asked if there was anything she could do to help with a price adjustment. She said yes until she saw I purchased it online and picked up in store. She said I had to call *-***-bestbuy. She was confident they would take care of this situation. Well, I have worked on this all day and finally got through the system and was told the script of ** days only and for adjustments. I know things can be done depending on the situation. As I told the rep. I will move on to another company. You really don't want to listen or take care of customers. Thank you.
