I have a google chromebook that I purchased in the Brick store in NJ. I have the extended service plan.*Every time I have used the Geek squad for assistance, they have been helpful in resolving my issues.*Yesterday, I met with a representative from the Geek squad in the store in Brick.*I was informed I had ** minutes to resolve my issue. Needless to say, it wasn't resolved. *It is ridiculous to have such short amount of time when in the Apple store the Geek squad gies you as much time that is needed.*There were only two representatives working that day, which is not appropriate for all the appointments they get.*Not at all happy with this appointment. Also, I made another appointment for the same day, but an hour later to continue. I did not go to the appointment because the previous one was not at all satisfying.*Sincerely,*Darlene Davis
