Bought a whirlpool microwave. It had a dent in the back. We installed anyway as we needed a microwave. The bulb exploded when we turned it on. I called customer service to exchange microwave. They said they would refund money to PayPal and have the new microwave delivered and installed by Best buy today ***** before * pm. Delivery was scheduled for **am-*pm. Nobody showed up. I haven't received a $*** refund in PayPal. Nobody showed up to deliver new microwave. My credit card has been charged $*** (microwave plus install charge). I've been charged over $*** and still don't have a good microwave. I called the delivery appointment number numerous times. It's always busy. I called best buy customer service and was on hold over an hour, and nobody picked up.
