I bought * items on black Friday from you i received the package today on Tuesday. When the package arrived it was late and they threw it in front of my garage. I was in the shower and did not realize until i came out and the dogs were going crazy. I went outside to see and and knew i was expecting a package from ups that you sent so i went down towards the garage. When i got inside and saw the package i knew there was a problem. The tape on the package was ripped down the front about **%. I took several photos. The tape also said security tape alert seller if not intact. I took multiple photos and than within minutes opened the box one of the items was missing. I always buy from you and i love your store it is my favorite. I have never had a problem buying anything from you i usually buy . I do not want money just a replacement for the item i am missing it is a Christmas gift. I don't know how to contact you online and i am upset. I call the number and the wait time is over an hour. I can't wait on the phone that long i get up at * am in the morning.
