Sadly, they were out and was recommended to place the order online and select pick up in store. I placed an order to the Irvine location, shortly after placing the order, order * BBY**-************, I received an email stating that these items were out of stock. I immediately called customer service and after waiting ** minutes on hold I spoke to Osvaldo. I explained to him the situation and Osvaldo was able to find that Best Buy in Fullerton had them in stock. I made sure Osvaldo understood that I want two units and he understood and confirmed that when updating my online order. I then drove ** miles to Fullerton to find out that they only had one unit ready for me to pick up. Zachary the representative at the online pick up line explained that he was out and couldn’t do anything about it. The situation got worse when he couldn’t align with my frustration. I received the one unit, left the store extremely upset, and with no solution for the second unit.* *To resolve this unfortunate experience I would appreciate if I could get the second unit as soon as possible and get reimbursed for this purchase.* * I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
