Poor customer service from Phillipino agents who are not competent or have heavy accents. I was disconnected once and another time the agent suddenly could not hear me after four to five minutes. You also close your complaint line early. This *****!**I am a Best Buy employee who wanted to check my account having been notified by email the info was available. Yet, I could not log in and was told repeatedly that the info submitted did not match your records. I have had the card for about four years or more and nothing has changed. This is unacceptable and I am ashamed of my company's lack of response. **I would like a supervisor with some authority to contact me by phone at *** ***-****. This is not the first time I have had issues. I have also been unable to log in after arriving at work having already logged in at TLC. What the heck is up??????
