I just attempted to return an item, a jbl speaker that cost $***. I bought the incorrect speaker, and it took me over * weeks to get it back returned. When I went to store the first time, the girl said I couldn’t get a refund but I could exchange it for items to add up to the same price. She said I had up to * months. I didn’t end up returning it that day since my fianc* wasn’t with me so I didn’t want to choose the incorrect items again. Today we returned to the store, i was told by Sierra, and then a manager Jenna that it wasn’t allowed. For one store to say it is and then one store to say it is, it’s unacceptable. Also, the first person Sierra seemed to have an attitude, which is why I asked to speak to her manager. This item we want to return has nothing wrong with it. The incident took place at the Murrieta, CA store. As being loyal customers, I don’t feel that was the best customer service. Should I attempt to go to multiple Best Buy stores until I get the right person in a good mood without attitude to be able to exchange my item?
