I went on ******* to the Best Buy in Valley Stream NY to order an Samsung note *, I was in the store for over an hour and a *** because they couldn't put the order through they said with Verizon. Eventually a verizon rep says to me that i have to order it online than they could put the phone through. I asked her why she or the best buy employee didn't tell me that an hour ago. The following Wednesday I went online and ordered it from your Westbury store. The ad said phone could be ready in * hour. They emailed me saying that there was a problem with my carrier. I spoke to the carrier who said that there was no issues and that there was no record of contact with best buy regarding the *nd attempted purchase. Your rep told me there was and lied to me. This was supposed to be a simple purchase and turned into a nightmare. I subsequently cancelled the order. Very disappointed in your customer service, lack of truth and deception
