Within the last month I purchase a Platinum - *** LED Rechargeable LED Video Light for a foreign mission trip. When preparing to pack equipment I charged the battery. (had already tested the unit plugged in). The battery would not take a charge. I had already thrown away the box and receipt. I went back to the store explained the issue. They said they had no units in the store and were not getting anymore. They had no compatible replacement batteries. They told me to go to Batteries and Bulbs. Not much interest in assisting me with my best buy purchase. After looking at many of the reviews I see now I was not the only one having battery failure problems. Really disappointed with the in store customer service and having to pay almost $** for another battery from a different store. Don't know what you can do to help. At least i made you aware. it was the Greenville SC store.
