Best buy was supposed to send us our reward certificate, and they didn't until ** months later when we called them asking them where our reward certificate was at. We were told that we could have up to a year to use it after we received it. That was not the case we only had ** days to use it. We called Best buy and they said that this was the *nd time they sent the reward certificate which was not the case at all. We only received it for the first time on Jun *th ****. We called them and they said they could not reinstate the reward certificate because they already have, how could that be the case when we only just received it Jun *th? We just want to have our reward certificate reinstated, because as per what a supervisor told us, they can reinstate it * more time because we received it for the first time on Jun *th ****.
