I am writing regarding the incredibly poor customer service given by Best Buy regarding my preorder of Battle for Azeroth. The game released today on August **th, but no one was allowing me to pick up the game until the **th despite the fact the game released today. I called the customer service hotline with very little help, in-store associates were more interested in placating my concerns to get me out of the store, one of the associates even thanked her "manager" when he did more of the same stonewalling for her. Most disappointing of all, I called the store directly on Sunday and was assured by one of the sales associates the game would be available for pickup on Monday afternoon. No one seemed very concerned with helping me out, despite the fact that I was lied to when I reached out for this particular issue. Other retailers in the area were selling the game, which is what I ultimately had to resort to to ensure I got the product on time. I am very disappointed I was lied to by Best Buy associates and also that preordering my item was more inconvenient than rolling the dice hoping someone else had what I needed in stock. Someone at Best Buy clearly dropped the ball regarding this issue and I feel that you should be aware of what poor service I received.**My name is Erik Mitchell and I pre-ordered my item for pickup at the North Attleboro, Massachusetts store.
