So the warranty for the replacement phone from Best Buy is not reliable. They have charged my credit card for three hundred and thirty nine dollars. Unable to get response from Best Buy

Good day, I have a warranty for an LG G* cell phone from Best Buy.My phone has started to heat up when i use it and charge it. The warranty is still good so contacted Geek Squad changed agents * times and *hour and **mins to get a replacement sent to me..The phone came * days after and the setting was not English,touch screen did not work but after about ** minutes the screen turned blue and shut off. Called Geek Squad again another *hour plus and * agents again to get replacement. Two days later replacement came ,seemed to be working fine until i made calls and could not be heard,i could hear the other person but they could not hear me. Another * hour plus and * agents to get a replacement. Got the phone * days later,put my sim card in and the phone said sim card locked need password? Called Geek Squad again this time * agents and * hours got told the server was down and they could not help me ,was told to call back in * hours. I asked repeatedly to be directed to the nearest Best Buy so i would not have to waste all this time on the phone...Is there any other solution or help i can get to resolve this issue faster than it is going now..Any help would be great..Thanks
