I bought an Asus laptop in January I barely used it three times in the last month let alone when I only had it a month the whole hard drive went in it how to pay another $*** because when I bought it they didn’t put software geek squad just drops and brakes it’s the worst thing I’ve ever bought it doesn’t work worth squat I have so many problems with it I will never shop Best Buy again been enough they charge me for my stereo installation looked at my credit made my credit score go down and still did not refund me for my stereo installation I will never shop there again.Every document I make and I sent to my email comes out numbered and screws the whole thing up I can’t see how you people can sell a product that is such **** $*** for a piece of **** I can’t even use,and it’s soooo slow
