In October **** I redeemed points from my Bank of America VISA card requesting VISA Gift Cards. The gift cards did not arrive. I contacted Customer Service again in December **** and the individual was very helpful. However, the gift cards still have not arrived. I am hoping for some help and guidance here.

GetHuman5622497 did not yet indicate what Bank of America should do to make this right.
