I am currently travelling in Indonesia. I notified B of A of my travel dates and the country. On the *rd use of the card here, I got a phone call at my house in the US about questionable use card use. My house sitter emailed me about this. Your out of country contact phone number doesn't work here. The app was useless for verifying the charges. I followed every possible direction. I received an email, asking me to verify charges. When I tried to verify with a simple button (yes*no), it said " You'll have to call us at our *-*** number." I've had * people in the US try to help me verify my * charges, and they also have been roadblocked. Fix this unnecessary situation so I can use my card. You can contact me via email, but again, your email verification method didn't work. There are no landlines here in Indonesia, and Telkomsel, my SIM card provider, doesn't work for any international calling. I could also communicate via What's App.
GetHuman-tezzacla did not yet indicate what Bank of America should do to make this right.

How was it fixed? By a literal miracle. B of A had absolutely nothing to do in solving it. All your solutions on line? Try this for yourself: leave the US, then try to contact B of A for help with a problem they created. This simple “test” will prove my point.
