i purchased two PG**UQ monitors July **, ****. Yesterday morning when I woke up one of my two PG**UQ's was dark. Unable to get it to work. I have an NVidia **** Super with multiple ports and cables. My other PG**UQ (J*LMQS******) works fine, normally. I switched ports and the good monitor works on multiple ports. I switched cables and the good monitor works with both cables. The bad monitor does not work with any port or either of my two cables. I used the USB C port of the **** with a portable ASUS monitor (J*LMTF******) and it works fine, too. Therefore, it is HIGHLY unlikely it is a cable or monitor problem. What do I do now? Is there a fix or swap? First number is (mobile) (***) ***-****. Second number (landline) is (***) ***-**** with a receptionist answering ** x *.Thank you in advance for a speedy resolution!
