The issue in GetHuman-dantx's own words
poor customer service. On hold for ** minutes, worst hold music ever, unable to further my claim.**No response from asurion after claim made.*No way to track claim as the phone and website reject my phone number to further my tracking.*Found out I was supposed have an appointment the day before I finally called (didnt know because asurion never contacted my in any way)*I would appear that asurion purposely tries to get one to give up when filing a claim.

GetHuman-dantx did not yet indicate what Asurion should do to make this right.
