I received a replacement device through Asurion. it was working, (with technical issues) for * days, but now I can't get a signal as it only says "searching."**I've been to Verizon and they went through all of the steps to try to get it working, but to no avail. **I don't want to waste even more time going through the various steps to try and get it working when I just spent ** minutes at a Verizon store doing just that. **This is a very frustrating experience. Verizon tried using the replacement sim card, as well as my old phone's sim card to attempt to resolve the issue, but the problem persists as it still only reads "searching." **The representative at the store told me that this means it is likely the phone itself and not the sim card that is causing this issue.
