Since March my Samsung refrigerator has been inoperative. Although it was less than one year old, Samsung ceded authority to repair to Asurion because we had purchased the extended warranty. The repair person sent by Asurion made some mistake and a second repair from Samsung said that mistake made the refrigerator unrepairable. Neither Samsung nor Asurion will take responsibility for damage not created by us, and replace our refrigerator under the terms of the extended warranty.
I trust that Asurion will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
