My malfunctioning ** inch Samsung LED was sent thru UPS but the label was not put on the return box correctly. The television got "lost" and was never returned to me. UPS has sent refund check to Asurion following the claim procedures back on March **th. A check was supposed to be sent to me by Asurion. I have called Asurion numerous times and I keep getting the reply that someone will call me back but I have received no return call and told the original claim is closed. I need Asurion to contact UPS to finalize the claim so that UPS can issue me a check directly. My number is ***-***-****. This issue has been very exhausting and I want to purchase another television
