finish claim ... after submitting all info and getting to acceptance screeen for turning off phone, when i clicked on continue it did nothing until the third time i clicked. Then it went to a screen that said they need more info. I tried * times with claim number , same thing.
my phone only voice tetexts because keypad does not work. I cannot call customer service because i cannot respond on my keypad.
