Hi I recently received my new phone switching SafeLink to assurance because SafeLink kept sending me defective phones and wanted me to purchase a phone and they'd send me a new sim card free even though the defective phones are on them and not my doing.so I switched to assurance being confident you could assist me but this phone makes people sound like they're under water.ive factory reset this phone probably once a week hoping the next time I won't have any problems but unfortunately it hasn't helped.thanks,Christine weaver ***-***-****
