I was supposed to receive my new phone to activate 10 days it's been 2 weeks and I have not received it yet

We're sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your new phone. We recommend you to check your shipment status if a tracking number was provided. If you did not receive one, it's best to get in touch with Assurance Wireless directly for a follow-up. Their team can provide updates on the shipping, confirm the address it was sent to, or help resolve the issue if the device was lost or delayed. Why do I only get 2.0 GB of data per month when my plan states that I am entitled to 4.6 GB per month?

This discrepancy could be due to several reasons. It's possible that there might be a mistake in your plan subscription or there might be some misunderstanding about the data allotment. It could also be that your 4.6 GB is split over the course of the month, or includes a combination of data types, for instance high-speed and low-speed data. It's recommended to thoroughly review your plan details again. If the issue persists, it would be best to seek clarification from Assurance Wireless customer service to ensure that your plan is functioning as it should be.

When I try to make a call it says mobile network not available

The "mobile network not available" message typically indicates an issue with the network connection. Here are some steps you can follow: 1. Enable Airplane Mode for about 30 seconds and then disable it. This could reset your connection. 2. Try restarting your phone to clear any minor glitches. 3. Check to ensure your software and applications are updated. 4. If these steps don't solve the problem, you might be in an area with poor coverage or the network might be down temporarily. If the issue persists, you may need assistance from a technician. It's also worth noting if you've missed any payments, as this could also be a reason for network interruption.

Getting my messages on web. Like to view my messages on my computer at home also

Assurance Wireless does not offer a direct way to view your messages on a computer. The main way to access your messages is through the physical device provided by Assurance Wireless or a compatible device. However, there are third-party applications available for certain types of phones that can redirect your messages to be viewable on a PC, but do note that this is not a service provided or endorsed by Assurance Wireless, and as such, should be used with caution regarding privacy concerns.

My phone is not charging and not doing anything

We're sorry to hear that your phone isn't charging. First, try switching off the phone and then plug it into the charger to see if it's charging. Also, make sure you are using the right charger and cable and they are properly connected. The issue could be with the charging point as well, so try a different wall socket or a power bank. If the problem persists, it might be a hardware issue such as a faulty battery or charging port. In this case, you would need to contact Assurance Wireless or visit an approved service center for professional help.
